He obtained Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in International Relations at Riga Stradiņš University. He has participated in research on the presence and exposure of pro-Kremlin disinformation in Latvia, as well as on the risks of disinformation in the Latvian information space. He has produced publications on exposing disinformation, explaining pro-Kremlin influence operations in Latvia and in Western countries in general. His research interests include the analysis of Latvian-Russian relations, as well as the impact of hybrid warfare and misinformation on political processes.
